Introducing: Social Stretch Goals!
almost 6 years ago – Wed, Feb 06, 2019 at 04:06:55 PM

Good Evening!

Another fantastic day here at the Room 17 offices, as we steadily climb towards the 20k milestone, and upwards to our funding goal. We've been blown away by the amount of support and feedback our fans have given us. To this end, we want to do something for the fans, with the fans.

So without further ado, we're introducing Social Stretch Goals to our campaign. With these, we'll be revealing new designs and elements for Tenfold Dungeon based on the growing audiences of our Room 17 social media presences. Rather than financial stretch goals, these social goals allows us to grow our audience, get feedback from more people, and spread the word of what we're doing to more tabletop aficionados.

In return for your support and fandom, we're working double-time to produce designs and elements based on the majority of feedback and requests submitted to us.

The first response to a lot of the feedback we've received so far takes the form of a new Tenfold Dungeon design - The Temple.

A whole new design of Tenfold Dungeon to choose from by the end of the campaign!
A whole new design of Tenfold Dungeon to choose from by the end of the campaign!

Both before and after the launch of the Kickstarter, we had a lot of people asking for more Tenfold Dungeon sets with more universal designs. Particularly, those that may not be as suggestive or evocative of certain atmospheres. We understand that world of roleplaying is vast, and people have a great many stories to tell. These stories, or games, may not always fit into a certain design of Castle, Facility or Town. As such, we're striving to produce more Tenfold Dungeon sets with even broader applications. The Temple is the first of those. We think it's perfect for anything from fantasy dungeon delves, Lovecraftian temple investigation, to sci-fi shoot-outs on desert planets. We can't wait to see what you guys do with it!

We'll be unlocking the Temple at 3250 Facebook likes - and we're a breath away from that. At the time of writing, we're sitting at 3060 - less than 200 to go! If all of our backers share our FB page and spread the word of what we're doing, we're confident we can breeze past that in no time at all. Once we're past that, we have a handful more planned - we believe they're achievable, and we look forward to sharing them with you.

Tomorrow, we'll be doing a livestream on some of the applications and uses of Tenfold Dungeon, and showing off our prototype. If you have any questions, be sure to keep them in mind for then, 5pm GMT!

We'll see you in the Dungeons, Tenfold fans!

With Thanks,

- R17.

Opening the doors to the Tenfold Dungeon!
almost 6 years ago – Tue, Feb 05, 2019 at 11:17:25 PM

Hey all!

Just over 24 hours into our campaign, and we're off to a great start - with almost a third of our funding goal met within the first day.

First of all, thank you to all of our backers for this incredible amount of support. We've been keenly listening to your feedback, and seeing what everyone has to say regarding Tenfold Dungeon, the campaign, and our goals. For that, we thank you.

With over 200 backers and our Social Media presence growing, the audience that we can listen to is growing. We've been taking in your feedback, and with it, we've decided to add a new ledge level. This is the 'bare-bones', £27 Dungeon Skeleton. This pledge includes one Tenfold Dungeon set in its most basic form - 12 boxes. This will not include any doors, nor any accessories or Stretch Goals unlocked at the end of the campaign. It's no fuss, no frills - just boxes.

We think this pledge level is great for those of you looking to show your support to Tenfold Dungeon, follow our campaign, and get a little something in return. It's also excellent for those of you who may already have doorways and furniture catered for with other tabletop terrain products. If you're just looking for some more halls and corridors, this is the perfect pledge for you.

Bare Bones you say? I have all the bones you will even need mate, right here!

As we power on towards our funding goal, we should probably talk about our add-ons! The Bare Bones set will be available as an add-on, so anyone, regardless of their ending pledge, can expand their original choice of sets with more rooms. This is ideal for anyone looking to get more boxes for interior rooms, secret corridors, or ramparts - sections that may not require dedicated doors of their own.

However, if doors are your market, our next add-on is the door pack. This is a set of 6 doorframes, and 12 door panels, for £12. It's a handy way to get some more doors for your dungeon of choice, or thoroughly tie together multiple sets.

These doors will also be subject to any design upgrades unlocked from any Stretch Goals.

Choose between a pack of 6 Fantasy doors, or 6 Sci-Fi hatches in this Door Pack.

Our next add-on is a little more illuminating... For those of you looking to shine a little more light in your dungeon (or more practically, hold some more rooms and corridors together,) we have the torch pack. This is a set of six torches, of either fantasy or sci-fi design, for £6. Perfect for holding together any particularly big Tenfold Dungeon creations, or highlighting any secret rooms or corridors to your would-be adventurers!

These doors will also be subject to any design upgrades unlocked from any Stretch Goals.

We have loads more to come in terms of Tenfold Dungeon add-ons and accessories - we just need your help to make it all happen!

We're immensely grateful for all the support we've received so far, and we look forward to sharing our future work and creativity with you all.

Going forward, we'll always post updates here on the Kickstarter first, then follow-up with info on our social media feeds to ensure everyone hears all the latest Tenfold Dungeon news.

Be sure to give us a Like on Facebook, or a Follow on Twitter - we'll be announcing Social Stretch Goals over the next couple of days.

Stay Tuned - We'll see you in the Dungeons...
