Progress update!

Hi Dungeoneers!
Just a quick update to keep you on track.
In general, everything is coming along fine, we have no delays, no hiccups so far. With most people taking their holidays during July and August the pace is good and nothing seems to be delayed or more complicated than expected.
We are currently working on refining the dungeon 'furniture' in that the doors, clips, lamps/torches and so on must be perfect - these sorts of tasks take dozens of runs of samples until we are happy. so here are a few examples of what we've got back and are looking at at the moment. We hope we can show you first shots soon.
The Dungeon Generator is now in the hands of Glenn Allan and with all the design done, is just waiting for the texts to be right by the end of August so we can create the lay out and files ready. Here are some of the designs that Anka did before taking her holidays!
With that on course, all the elements are now in place and well organised.
Tenfold Going as Planned

Good afternoon Dungoneers.
As you may have noticed Room 17 is fully immersed in the new Mighty Lords campaign and although that is the main focus of the Studio at the moment, Anka has finished the alignment of design with production in the printed files end and I am working directly with the OWNER of the manufacturing company to ensure the plastic element of the systems work smoothly.
As you can see on the videos on the link below, the material relation and engineering is being tested with the Gate on two ends:
1- Panel-to-door frame: making sure the panels don't slide out of the frame once clipped in.
2- Door frame to cardboard: Ensuring the friction and tension of the frame when clipping the cardboard boxes is adequate.
I will be posting more videos and samples of the process on this link, stay tuned!

As it cannot be otherwise, once we received our Tenfold Dungeon samples (production and mock ups), I had to start using them immediately. And the first one I used was the Facility mock up with my full collection of Space Crusade and my family (plus some wine and Haribos!)
Now, I know some of you don't like to receive news on our other campaigns and I want to respect that. So if you are one of them, please stop reading now and focus on the main part. I will keep updating regarding production in the coming days as more and more news hit us from China.

Extension of PM to 10th of May

Hi all TFD backers
The PM is coming along nicely and 85% of you have answered so far.
To give us and you a little bit more time we will extend it until and including Friday the 10th of May. After that and until the big production button is hit we will if/when new pictures or updates of, for example the furniture/various doors or other significant things comes along, reopen it so you can make adjustments accordingly.
Pre-production steps are moving along steadily and we (us and Whatz Games, the manufacturer) are preparing the pre-production samples of TFD sets for UK Games Expo. This is the first time we will see any of these sets (beyond the one old Castle mock up copy) in the flesh, so if you can make it, come to the UKGE and have a first look at these sets!
Whatz Games is working around the clock to supply for the UKGE as many of the different sets as possible for you to mess about with! So far, the production of the Castle and Temple seems to be coming along nicely and the Dungeons and Sewers could be there too! Samples of the final generic doors and clips could make it through too.
There is still a long way to our fulfilment date (predicted around March 2020) but rest assured that as soon as we have everything approved and working, we will start the manufacturing, aiming at an early fulfilment!
While this is happening, we are asking our friend Rob (he always does our mock ups) to create mock ups for the Facility and you will be able to see other examples of the TFD system at our booth at the UKGE (namely Conan and the The Tower of the Elephant).
In the meantime, we are preparing our next Kickstarter campaign to celebrate the creation of Room 17 Miniatures, the studio that will be developing our games' characters and minis for wargaming and collectors. I hope you like it too! If you visit our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Room17Games/ like it and follow it to be informed at all times about this and other news we are involved with!
Thanks everyone!
Lots of cut-lines and other fiddly bits

Good morrow!
We might have been a little quiet lately, but it's because we are busy with working out ins and out of Tenfold as it was shaped by Kickstarter and you!
But before I plunge into list of some things you might find interesting, an announcement:
We are going to UK Games Expo and WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to demo games with us. If you are interested hit us up for details at [email protected]
And now about Tenfold Dungeon:
First: we working with our producers to ensure that all the sets are spot on before we send them to the factory floor. This week we have received e-proofs for castle and temple and they are looking great! At the same time, seeing them like that, prepared and ready to be made made us (Anka) want to have some last minute tweaks :D
Second: We finalized size and cut lines for the sleeves, so we are sure they fit the box neatly.
Thirdly: Nin, our lovely artist spent this week tearing through all the wall punch boards, painting acid pits and sluices and all sorts of other interesting bits.
Fourthly: Some of you were asking for exact contents of the furniture set. Now we made cut-lines for the furniture set punch board (containing 5 shelves, 4 beds, 6 chairs, 2 sarcophagi, altar, pulpit, 5 benches) we are sorely tempted to make more versions, with alternative designs. Sandstone altars, mysterious chests and sarcophagi for the temple? We are dying to make those. Nasty surprises and rusty machines for the Dungeons and Sewers? I really want them. If those happen, this punch will probably change slightly too. So we are now exploring possibility of making those happen NOW. We will see what we can realistically produce in this run, stay tuned.
Fifthly (??): Stairs are happening as we speak! as you can see, punch board contains 6 stairs: 2x 1 inch wide, 2x 2 inch wide, 2x 3 inch wide. Each set is getting their own textures. This is happening this morning:
PM is up!

Hi all Tenfold Dungeon backers!
As you probably and hopefully have noticed by now the PM is up. In there you can finalise you pledges, add stuff that you might want extra and pay the shipping. It is a straight forwars process in a few so I don't think many of you will encounter any major issue (except of course what to choose...)
If you have a £1 and still want some stuff you have to change your pledge to at least the £27 Skeleton Pledge to get access to the goodies. To do that you have to change the pledge on the very first screen you see:
Any questions you have about the PM please send to me at: [email protected] or you can ask Backerkit stuff and if they can't answer it they will send it to me anyway. That is about as much as I have at the moment so enjoy the PM!
